The owner of this theater company asked us to design its corporate image.
As usual, she didn’t know exactly what she wanted but there was a premise when designing the logo, to avoid the use of the typical theater masks.
This premise pushed us towards trying to hide the masks in the logo without being noticed. As a result we hid the masks on two of the name’s characters and used the underlining to represent each mask’s mouth, happy and sad.
Our client loved our design and dispite her surprise when we revealed our hidden masks, or maybe because of them, she was thrilled by the result. Since then this tricky image represents her company.
